Returns/Exchanges
You may return or exchange items (except those listed as NON-REFUNDABLE below) within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, with the following conditions:

  • Products must be in new or like-new condition, unless they were damaged in transit or received damaged.
  • Any consumable product (e.g., food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

How Do I Return/Exchange an Item?
To begin your return or exchange process, please email us at returns@shopommerce.com. Include the following information in your request:

  • Email Title: Return Request Order #XXXXX
  • Email Body:
    • First and last name on the order
    • List of item(s) you would like to return/exchange
    • Reason for your return/exchange
    • Attach photos of any damaged item(s), if applicable

Our Customer Care Team will review your request promptly and advise you on the next steps.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as "Clearance," "Clearance Category," or "Final Sale"
  • All food, personal care, and health and beauty products, including but not limited to: grocery items, snacks, drinks, toothpaste, cosmetics, body wash, makeup, skin care, bath and body products, bandages, incontinence products, shampoo, and conditioner.
  • Seasonal items (e.g., holiday-themed products or items for specific weather conditions such as heaters, air conditioners, sunscreen, beach items, jackets, scarves, gift sets, waterproof tote bags).
  • Bulk Purchases: Any item purchased in quantities of 5 or more. These items are typically discounted and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

What Happens After My Request is Submitted?
If you decide you do not want an item, please mail it back to us at the following address:

You are responsible for the shipping costs if you simply no longer want the item. We strive to offer competitive prices, and the cost of returns is not included in your purchase price.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will process a refund or replacement within 1-3 business days. It may take up to 7 days to appear in your account.

Please note that all returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. If you have made a bulk purchase at a discount, these items are excluded from our return policy. If we choose to accept them, you may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Mistakes
If we made a mistake with your order (wrong size, incorrect item, damaged product, missing quantity), we will replace or refund the items at our discretion. If we need the incorrect or damaged items returned, we will send a prepaid return shipping label. Upon receiving the items, we will issue a refund or replacement.

For expedited replacements due to mistakes, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

How Will I Be Refunded?
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
